What happens if the weather is bad?

If the weather does not cooperate on the day of your booked activity we will do our best to contact you and reschedule or we will issue a refund if reschedule is not possible.

What if I am late for my tour?

If you are running late please contact us or the contact on your confirmation as soon as possible, in many cases, the operator can wait a bit. If you are late and the operator has already left, we will do our best to reschedule, if such is not possible then it is a subject to the Terms & Conditions.

Why should I book with you?

Of course, there are many operators and companies out there that provide the same or similar service, with us however, your expectations will be fully met and you can be sure that we will go above and beyond to make sure your vacation time is a great one. Why do I have to pay in advance?

In order to secure your spot on a tour, we need to secure the payment. If you are worried about providing your credit card online, please don’t. Our website uses most secure servers and your card information is very secure, no one is able to retrieve it after you finish your transaction online.

Can I call you to make a payment by phone?

We strongly encourage you to make your reservation online, that way you do not have to give your card to our representative, however, you can call and we will do our best to assist you. For vacation payments you will need to call us or we can arrange other payment method.

I want to book my tour/s once I arrive and know how I will manage my time, can I do that?

Sure, you can book once you arrive at your destination, however, keep in mind that everything is based on availability, the earlier you book the better the chances are of the tour being available on the requested date.

Is it safe?

Yes, it is very safe at the destinations we sale. Sure, there are some concerns regarding safety in some towns, however, it is no different than in any other city in the world. We strongly encourage you to use common sense and in most cases if you are not looking for trouble, trouble will not find you. The tourist destinations we offer are all safe for tourists and you will feel as safe or in many cases safer than in your home town. In Puerto Vallarta, for example, we have no problem to come home, walking after 2AM or even later, we lived here for many years and we never felt safer! What is all inclusive?

All-inclusive means your air tickets, transfers to and from hotel, food and drinks, service and even tips are all included in the package! It is a great and in most cases, the most economical way to enjoy a destination, especially if you are just looking to relax and spend your time at the resort!

Is my vacation insured?

Apple Vacations offers insurance that is at additional cost, this ensures that you do not lose your vacation money in case you cannot go on your vacation. Insurance also covers medical and/or dental costs at a destination. Ask us for more information if you are interested in adding insurance to your vacation package.

How will I get my confirmation?

A confirmation with all details for your vacation or tour will be emailed to you shortly after you make your payment, usually within 24-48 hours.

Can you mail me my confirmation?

It depends but in many cases we just work with electronic documents which means that we send everything via email. You can just print them and you are all set!

What does a tour include?

This will depend on an individual tour and all inclusions are provided on the information/booking page. If you have any further questions please email us!

We do our best to answer calls, however, sometimes, we might be busy or phones might not work, this happens. In such case and in most cases it is best to just send us an email. We will promptly email you or call you back!
